AI 正以驚人的速度悄然改變著產業生態，也為職涯發展帶來了前所未有的變革。本工作坊將深入淺出地介紹 AI 的最新發展趨勢，涵蓋影音生成、數位分身、自動化程式開發等前沿技術應用，並從 AI 產業鏈的角度探索潛在機會與衝擊，深入分析其對不同職能的影響。特別將聚焦於企業組織結構與人才需求的變化，並透過產業鏈的變動和資金流向，探討未來的發展機遇及面對AI浪潮的應對態度。


此外，工作坊將引導學員親自操作多種 AI 工具，透過實作任務深入理解 AI 的運作原理與應用邏輯，並思考其在實務情境中的應用方式。藉由動手操作與案例練習，協助學員將知識轉化為實用技能，激發創新思維，為個人職涯與組織轉型奠定堅實基礎。

主題一課程先建立 AI 素養 (AI literacy)，透過深入淺出地說明使用 AI 工具時所需要的關鍵原理與觀念，幫助研習教師更深刻地理解 ChatGPT、Gemini 等工具中各項功能與設定背後的意義，從而更精準、有效地運用它們。此外，將透過應用案例的分享，具體展示 AI的能力與限制，幫助建立正確的應用觀念。

b. 手把手 AI 工具案例演練

主題二直接進入實作演練；實作 AI 工具為 Google Gemini 與 Google NotebookLM 為主要操作工具，搭配 ChatGPT 作為輔助，進行案例示範。課程採「邊聽邊操作」的同步方式，確保學員能跟上每一個步驟，將前半場的觀念，轉化為可以立即應用的技能，培養實戰力。

As GenAI-driven technologies expand into global markets, ensuring cultural accuracy and security compliance is crucial. The Japanese market faces challenges in accurately interpreting Taiwan’s cultural nuances, consumer behaviors, and travel patterns. Because GenAI models are primarily trained on Western-centric datasets, this leads to misinterpretations such as incorrect festival representations, misleading consumer insights, and ineffective marketing strategies.


In this talk, we explore how AI Agents and Agentic RAG can bridge the gap by enhancing GenAI’s understanding of Taiwan’s unique cultural and consumer landscape. We will discuss real-world challenges, including GenAI-generated misinformation about Taiwanese culture, and analyze and compare the security risks of GenAI deployment using the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications framework.


By showcasing how GenAI-powered solutions enhance cross-cultural market analysis, we highlight how AI Agents can help Japanese businesses gain deeper, more accurate insights into Taiwan while mitigating security vulnerabilities. This session will provide actionable strategies for organizations looking to harness GenAI for more effective, culturally aware, and security-conscious engagement with the Taiwanese market.
